LINEN HIRE:

Why should I hire linen, rather than buying my own?

We supply quality linen, that is professionally laundered and pressed. 

You no longer need to worry about the weather and getting the linen washed, dried, and looking good in time for the changeovers between guests.  You also don’t have to worry about stains that won’t come out or a big initial financial outlay to buy all the linen you need.  

Your cleaning costs should also be less if your cleaner doesn’t have to worry about washing and drying the linen for you.

All of the linen you hire from us is used for your property only.

Best of all, you can recoup the hire costs by charging a linen fee or including the cost in your nightly booking fee, meaning no extra costs to you.

What does it cost?

Our bedding packages, start from just 10.00, which includes sheets and pillowslips Towel hire starts from $1.50.

Please note:  If you intend to hire your linen on an ongoing basis, (not as a one-off) we recommend that you allow for hiring 2 sets of linen on your first hire.  We will drop off 2 sets of everything to you, meaning you will always have 1 set to put back on the beds for your next set of guests. 

We will then drop you off a new set of linen, each time we pick up a set to be cleaned. Alternatively if we are property managing your holiday home for you, we will take care of all the linen for you.

We also hire the following items:

Dish cloths

Duvet Covers.

Mattress Protectors

Pillow Protectors

We can also hire sheets and pillowcases as separate bundles and towels, hand towels, and bath mats as separate packages.  Contact us for a price.

We pick up and deliver to the following areas:

 How often do you deliver and pick up the linen?

We can usually fit this around your needs & can offer a pick up service if required.

How does the linen arrive?  The linen will be delivered in flexi bins or laundry bags, along with a list of all linen supplied.  You will need to provide us with details of where to drop the linen off.  When your guests leave, simply place the used linen in the flexi bin or laundry bag for us to pick up again. If you already have cleaners for your property, please ask them not to launder any of the linen, this will be done professionally by our suppliers.

Do you have a bed-making service? If you are a property management client then this service is already included, however if you are not one of our property management clients, we can make up the beds for you at an additional agreed cost .

Linen Cleaning Service

 If you already have all your own linen but would like to take advantage of having your linen professionally cleaned, we can arrange this for you.

 What does it cost?

Please contact us for a price via email, phone, text or Facebook. Please note a minimum cleaning fee of $20.70 applies.

  How often do you deliver and pick up the linen?

We will be dropping off & picking up to 3 times per week but can usually fit this around your needs.

 How does the pick-up/delivery service work? 

We can supply you with laundry bags or a flexi bin for you to put your used linen.  You will need to provide us with details of where to collect the linen from.  When it has been professionally laundered, we will return the linen to you.  There will be a 2-day turnaround, i.e linen picked up on a Monday, will be returned on a Wednesday.

  

Cleaning Service:

We offer different cleaning packages which can be catered to meet your needs. These will depend on whether you want your linen cleaned on-site or whether you decide to take advantage of our linen hire or linen cleaning service. Please contact us to discuss your needs. We are happy to visit your home to see what you require so we can tailor a quote specifically for your property.

Holiday Home Supplies:

Running short of supplies at your holiday home, no time to get them and deliver them yourself? Order them from our online store.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver them for you next time we drop off your linen at no extra cost, or if you don’t get your linen cleaned by us, just pay for delivery. Access to your property to deliver the items will be required.

Can I pick up my items instead?

We are located in Palmerston North and can arrange pick-up if required.

How do I order?

Visit our online store now to place your order. If there is an item you would like us to supply that we don’t currently have, please let us know.

How do I pay for my order?

Our online store provides payment with debit or credit card.

What is the delivery cost?

If you already have linen picked up and dropped off by us, we can arrange to deliver your order at the same time at no extra cost. Otherwise, the delivery fees are as follows:

  • Palmerston North Central $ 5.00

  • Outer areas (Longburn Ashhurst & Aokautere) $ 7.50

  • Tangimoana & Himatangi Beach $10.00

  • Foxton & Foxton Beach $12.50

  • Waitarere Beach & Levin $15.00

  • Feilding $ 7.50

  • Bulls & Marton $10.00

What if an item I ordered is out of stock? If an item you ordered is not available, we will replace that item with a different brand at an equivalent price (or at a higher price at no extra cost to you).
