The best part of hiring your linen from us is that the linen you hire is only used for your property.

We can supply you with a quote to suit your situation. All our linen hire includes the cost of having the linen professionally laundered, meaning there are no additional costs to you.

We have three options available to you when hiring our linen:

Bronze Range: This range is our budget-friendly option, ideal for baches that are used by families. The linen in this range has a thread count of 250 plus.

Silver Range: This range is our mid-range option, ideal for those who want to offer some added luxury to their holiday homes. The linen in this range has a thread count of 300 - 800.

Gold Range: This range is for the higher end homes and offers a thread count of 1000 - 1500.

Our beautiful towels, hand towels, bath mats & face cloths can be hired as part of our packages above, but we also hire them on their own without bedding. We also have tea towels for hire, contact us for a quote!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Agreement for the Hire of linen, between Mind my Bach Ltd hereafter known as The Owner, and The Hirer as follows:

hire Period:

• Hire period is from the day product leaves the Owner’s possession until the day received back into the Owner’s possession.

• The  2 types of Linen Hire are – (1 off hire) 1 to 10 days

• (ongoing hire) which is regular ongoing hire of linen on a weekly/fortnightly or monthly basis, until notification of cancellation is received in writing from the Hirer.

• No allowance can be made for time when linen is not in use for any reason whatsoever.

hire charge and payment terms:

• Payment of all linen for one-off hire is to be made when linen is supplied. 

• Payment for ongoing hire of linen will be invoiced to the hirer after each set of linen is supplied by the Owner, with payment due in full within 5 days.

• Method of payment shall be by direct credit to the Owner’s bank account as detailed on invoices/statements unless an alternative payment method is agreed prior to the supply of linen.

• The Hirer undertakes to pay the account in full by the due date. Default of payment will incur late payment fees of 10% on any amount outstanding after the invoice falls due, and the Hirer undertakes to pay all costs and expenses incurred by the Owner in recovery of such fees.

With regard to unused linen (after supply of order), a credit may be issued (at the discretion of the Directors) in the following circumstances only:

• If the Owner is advised in writing of the cancellation (or reduction in numbers) of a booking, prior to the event, and the linen supplied is returned in original un-used condition.

• The Hirer’s obligations to pay charges and any other sums to the Owner shall continue despite any, theft of, or accident or damage caused to the product

product:

• Check that you have received the correct quantities, size and colour of linen ordered, and immediately contact us if there are any errors.

• The Hirer shall care for the linen during the period of hire and shall return the linen, including any returnable packaging after use.

• While every endeavour is made to supply linen as ordered, the Owner reserves the right to substitute other suitable linen where necessary.

• The Owner will not be responsible for loss or damage of any kind whilst the linen is in the Hirer’s possession. If linen is lost or damaged whilst, in the Hirer’s possession, the Hirer will be charged the full replacement cost of each item lost or damaged.

• Delivery of hired linen to the client is made on the express condition the ownership is reserved and all goods shall remain the property of Mind my Bach Limited.

proper use: The hirer shall only use the linen for the purpose and within the capacity limits of which it has been designed and will not attempt to alter, repair or modify the linen hired.

return of product: If any linen or part thereof is not returned, the Hirer will be charged the full replacement cost of the item.

repossession: The Owner may cancel the hire and repossess the linen at any time during the hire period without payment of compensation. For that purpose, the Owner or his/her agents may enter the Hirer’s premises to recover their linen.

insurance: The hirer must cover the cost of the linen for any damage, loss or theft occurring during the hire period.

disputes: No claim relating to goods and services will be considered unless made within seven days of the Hire Period.

hirer liability:

• The Hirer shall be liable to the Owner for any damages suffered by the Owner as a result of the breach of, or non-compliance to any of the Terms and Conditions of the agreement by the Hirer.

• Damage includes but is not limited to wax residue, cigarette burns, non-removable stains and irreparable damages. Payment for loss or damage will be due 7 days from date of issue of invoice for such loss/damage (either by revision to original invoice or on new invoice number). Default of payment will incur late payment fees of 2.5% per month on any outstanding amount and the Hirer undertakes to pay all costs and expenses incurred by the Owner in recovery of such fees.

owners liability: Mind my Bach Ltd accepts no liabilities whatsoever in respect of third party and similar risks or for personal injury or for consequential damage or loss.

acknowledgement: The Hirer and any representatives from the Hirer who have taken possession of the hire linen are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this agreement
